Individual, Couples and Family Counseling
Discover Yourself and So Much More
I am trained in dialectical behavior therapy with a focus on regulation emotions. If you ever feel like your emotions are in control and not you - we can work together to help problem solve how to regain a sense of control. I focus on person centered, solution focused relational therapy. For us to grow and change as people, its often in relation to others and we can use our time in therapy to foster growth and change within yourself. I practice a blend of therapy models and often incorporate mindfulness, somatic, skill based therapy that allows you to learn the tools to help improve your life outside of therapy. I worked helping many people through transitions of loss and grief as well as those who may be working on recovery and balance.
What sets me apart from a therapist who primarily listens is that I take an active, skills-based approach to therapy. While being heard and validated is essential, I believe real change happens when clients are equipped with practical tools they can use in their everyday lives. I don’t just hold space—I help you build a toolbox.
I believe that all of us have the power to change, we often just need help to get started. Growing up in the pacific northwest, I am intimately familiar with the culture of the region and how isolating we can feel in the world around us at times. I am hear to offer that support, encouragement and skills that can help you through a stressful time in your life.
